Registration for the 2017-2018 Regular Rugby Season is OPEN !
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment for the Regular Rugby Season.
Before completing registration through our secure site, please review registration requirements below.
You will need approximately 30 minutes to register. Before starting a registration session, please have the following on hand:
Your player's REAL/LEGAL name! When entering the player's information, please be sure to use the name which is on their legal document(s) (birth certificate, passport, etc.) as this is the only way to be verified to play by Rugby NorCal and USA Rugby.

ID Head Shot Photo- A recent digital (JPG) passport sized photo of your player that has been taken within the last month. The photo (JPG) must be in color and original. Please do not scan, copy or take a photo of another document. The background must plain white or off-white. NO glasses, hats or scrum caps. Age Proof (For Youth participants in Middle School and Younger)- You will need a scanned government issued document providing proof of age (birth certificate or passport).
Grade Proof (For participants in High School)- You will need scanned or digital copy of a legal Picture ID (School ID Card or school transcript with picture). A California Driver’s License is acceptable if the Player is home schooled.
Emergency contact information/Medical Information- You will need a primary doctor and dentist’s contact information. You will also need your medical and dental insurance policy information. We request updated emergency contact information as well as updated medical information each year. This information is needed in the event that emergency treatment is necessary.
Form of payment- Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account You will have the option to pay in full or participate in a payment plan. The payment plan consists of 6 payments (September-February). The later you register, the greater your initial payment will be. Financial Aid applicants will be required to pay a minimum amount prior application review.

Volunteer Participation Deposit:
Each player must provide a $125 Refundable Volunteer Participation Deposit (by check). The deposit check will be voided and destroyed at the end of the season if the Club Policy Volunteer requirements have been fulfilled (5 dibs for each player). The deposit check is required to be provided to the Oaks at the first practice the player attends.
***Failure to submit a Player Volunteer Deposit may result in your child being ineligible to play in matches. ***
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the second (and subsequent) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players in the same registration session. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered during the same registration session.
***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***
Financial Aid Application:
The Financial Aid Application will appear near the end of registration. This year a minimum payment is required at the time of registration. Other registration fees will be temporarily waived until the extent of assistance is established by the the Financial Aid Committee and Executive Board.
Club Administrators, Coaches, Referees & Board and Committee Members
Danville Oaks Board and Committee members whom are not CIPPd with USA Rugby (USAR) (not coaches, referees or competition management administrators) need to complete 2 items:
If you are interested in coaching, you must contact the Director of Coaching at firstname.lastname@example.org or the VP of Operations at email@example.com to communicate your interest and discuss coaching requirements.
All Oaks Coaches, Referees and Club Administrators (access to Rugby NorCal’s Competition Management System) need to register with BOTH USAR and the Danville Oaks.

Once you have completed your registration, ensure that your membership requirements are complete and you are in “good standing” and “active”.
