Welcome to the Danville Oaks Background Screening!

Danville Oaks Rugby Football Club requires certain volunteers obtain a background check if they have access to personal, private player information.

In this session, you will be asked information, which will be used to conduct a background screening. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  

Some of the specific information you provide for the background check is private and not accessible by Danville Oaks Rugby Football Club members, including Board Members.
