  • U10:  6-7:30 pm on Wednesdays

  • MS Boys:  6-7:30 pm on Tuesday
  • MS Girls/Varsity Girls: 6-7:30 pm on Wednesdays
  • JV and Varsity Boys:  6-7:30 pm on Tuesdays

registration process

(1) If your child played rugby in the 2023-2024  Winter Season, you will be able to register quickly using:

  • Your player's REAL/LEGAL name!  When entering the player's information, please be sure to use the name which is on their legal document(s) (birth certificate, passport, etc.) as this is the only way to be verified to play by Rugby NorCal and USA Rugby.  
  • Form of payment

(2) If your child did not play rugby with the Oaks during the 2023-2024 Winter Season, you will need approximately 30 minutes to register.  Before starting a registration session, please have the following on hand:

  • Your player's REAL/LEGAL name!  When entering the player's information, please be sure to use the name which is on their legal document(s) (birth certificate, passport, etc.) as this is the only way to be verified to play by Rugby NorCal and USA Rugby.  

***Failure to follow this instruction may result in your child being ineligible to play in matches. ***

  • ID Photo-  A digital (JPG) photo which includes your player's head and shoulders.  It should have been taken within the last month.  The photo (JPG) must be in color and original.  Please do not scan, copy or take a photo of another document.  The background must plain white or off-white.   • Age Proof
    • (For all players in Middle School and below)- You will need a scanned government issued document (birth certificate or passport).
  • Grade Proof
    • (For High School players)- You will need scanned or digital copy of a legal Picture ID (School ID Card or school transcript with picture. A California Driver’s License is acceptable if the Player is home schooled).
  • Emergency contact information/Medical Information- You will need a primary doctor and dentist’s contact information.  You will also need your medical and dental insurance policy information.  We request updated emergency contact information as well as updated medical information each year.  This information is needed in the event that emergency treatment is necessary.

    • PAY ONLINE IN FULL 
    • Please note that a service fee will be added to the total charge (2.95% + $1.00)
    • 2023-2024 Financial Aid Recipients- If you were granted financial aid assistance during the regular season please contact the Registrar.

Referees, Board and Committee Members

If you are interested in coaching, you must contact the VP of Operations at operations@danvillerugby.com to communicate your interest and discuss coaching requirements.

Referees and Board/Committee Members associated with Danville Oaks Rugby are required to register with USA Rugby before registering with our club.  

You must register both with the Oaks as well as USA Rugby to comply with all State of California requirements as well as Rugby NorCal requirements.
